Up and Coming Gigs:
SOME PLACES WE’VE PERFORMED: Good Old Fashioned Bluegrass Festival (hollister) Previous Gigs and Reviews: Friday, June 23, 2006 at 8:30 PM Jimmy Chickenpants usually takes about an hour to set up the PA, and by the time the band finds something delicious to eat around the corner, it's about 8:30 before they get around to playing some free-range pickin'!! Owner Nick Chaput calls his Dana Street Roasting Company a "true neighborhood cafe," and he takes great pride in the culturally diverse mix of customers. Nestled in a quiet neighborhood bordering downtown Mountain View, Dana Street truly is a friendly place to get a cup of coffee. The blush and black checkered floor, high ceilings and tattered parlor-style chairs give it a down-to-earth attitude. The interior is cool and refreshing, which is a nice balance to the spicy hot coffee. April 11, 2006 Jimmy Chickenpants together with the multi-talented Michael Stadler and Special Guest Annie Staninec. Presented by Fiddling Cricket A special thanks to all the folks who braved the weather and filled Don Quixote's. You sounded great! March 18, 2006
Monterey Peninsula Tree House Concerts "Our house concerts are small, invitation-only parties on the Monterey Peninsula (California) for friends who tire of having to drive to Santa Cruz or the Bay Area to see great music. " January 27th - 29th, 2006
San Francisco Flyway Festival "The Flyway Festival was founded in November 1996 ... as part of a project called the Partnership for San Pablo Baylands...an event that would introduce the Bay Area public to the world of birding, the fastest growing outdoor recreation in America. Its roots are in a cause–to set one weekend aside each year to celebrate the migration of shorebirds, waterfowl and other wildlife through San Pablo Bay, the largest bay in the San Francisco Bay Estuary, and to offer access to areas of San Francisco Bay’s north shore, not normally open to the public." Spring 2005
Petaluma River Cleanup "We had a great bluegrass band, Jimmy Chickenpants, set up on the back of a Rivertown Feed flatbed truck. They entertained the crowd with a couple of hours of lively and fun music. Thanks again for the band sponsorship from Petaluma Poultry...the connection is just so appropriate! Keep on eatin' delicious Rocky Dogs!
